Cancellation and refund policy

 

- Students must give a minimum of 24 hours notice (UK time) prior to the scheduled lesson time when cancelling a lesson for any reason. You will be refunded into your PayPal account or bank account if this policy is followed. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice (UK time) will be refunded to 50% of the lesson fee.

 

- If the teacher cancels a lesson for any reason, at any time, then you will be refunded for that lesson into your PayPal account or bank account. Lessons will be rescheduled when possible.

 

- Invoices and lesson fees must be paid at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson. Payments made after this may result in your lesson slot being given to another student. If this is the case, you will be given another lesson time.
