Example Projects

There are many ways to complete the Arts Award. Students can choose their own project and can combine more than one art form. Here are just a few examples of what activities young people can do.

Guitar

Music

Part A - Inspire - Take part in guitar, piano, ukulele, or music production lessons, learn another instrument, learn one instrument in 2 different genres.

 

Part B - Explore - Research your favourite musician, producer, record label, music schools.

Part C - Create - Perform a song you are learning, create your own song, put on a concert.

Part D - Present - Present all your work to your class, tutor, parents or school.

Art

Part A - Inspire - Take part in Digital art lessons.

Part B - Explore - Research an artist, animation company, film artists.

Part C - Create - Create your own cartoon character, draw a background, copy and draw a photograph using software.

Part D - Present Present all your work to your class, tutor, parents or school.

Combination 

You can do more than 2 arts activities if you like! They don't necessarily need be related. For example, you may take part in a music session but then create some art using painting or drawing.
